At LZY Apparel, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we're here to help with a simple and straightforward policy.

Returns for Store Credit Only

We gladly accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• A $5.99 return processing fee will be deducted from the total store credit issued.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size or item of equal value.

• Items must meet the same conditions as listed above for returns.

• Exchanges are subject to a $5.99 processing fee.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at Contact@LZYapparel.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Additional Notes

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card once the returned item is received and inspected.
